Demi Lovato released the official music video for “Melon Cake” on Friday (Aug. 20th), in honor of their 29th birthday.
The release of the visual, directed by Hannah Lux Davis, marks the singer’s second birthday in a row eating actual birthday cake. The singer said, “The song is me saying goodbye to Melon cake. It was a big step for me, and I wanted to celebrate it.”
The music video premiered exclusively on Lovato's Facebook page, along with an exclusive behid the scenes feature on IGTV, and a birthday-themed Stories Playlist on Instagram.
