During an interview on BBC Radio 1, Kate Middleton and Prince William chatted casually about their dinner plans.
The Prince and Princess of Wales, who were in Birmingham for a mental health forum, were asked what they would be having that evening. "Are you cooking?" Kate asked William. He replied, "No, I think it will probably be a curry won’t it tonight?" To which responded jokingly, "So you're looking to me?"
William said their dinner would depend on "what time we get back," to which Kate added, "Yeah, it probably will be a curry or teriyaki salmon, something like that."
After, the BBC Radio 1 hosts asked if their typical curries are spicy or mild, and the royal couple revealed they have very different opinions on the matter. William said, "I can't do too much spice, I start sweating. It's not attractive!" But Kate chimed in to add, "Whereas I like the spice so I have to sort of cook the curry and then add the spice, extra spice at the end." William said Kate has to bring the spice "in gently, because otherwise I get too sweaty. It's not a nice sight!"

This isn't the first time the royals have discussed their love for curry. Earlier this year, the royal shared they "secretly try lots of curry houses around the country," and Kate said that she "loves spice." The princess also added that her children love Indian food, and she revealed in 2019 that Princess Charlotte enjoys curry and likes spicy foods—definitely taking after her mother!
