We all have encountered some or the other weird dish once in a lifetime, but this Taiwanese restaurant has created quite a stir recently. If reports are to be believed, a local Taiwanese restaurant is serving a bowl of Ramen Noodles with Crocodile Leg, and the dish is being sold for INR 4000.
This dish in question is being served in a restaurant called ‘Nu Wu Mao Kuei’, which is based in Douliu city, Yunlin County in Taiwan. As per a viral video on Facebook, a woman reviews the ‘Godzilla Ramen’, which is prepared by steaming or braising the crocodile leg. The lady says, this Ramen bowl is super-delicious and the braised meat tastes like pig's feet, while its steamed version tastes like chicken. The star attraction of this soup is crocodile leg, and that is prepared with more than 40 spices.
Here's the viral video...
While the internet is shocked to know about this dish, it uses more parts of crocodile meat than just the leg.
The Taiwanese restaurant is actively promoting this ‘Godzilla Ramen’, and as per various news reports, the crocodile meat used in this dish is sourced from a farm in Taitung.
