STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — On a recent Thursday night at two week-old Paradise Island, guests occupied every seat at the tiki bar and outdoor lounge area. With the Outerbridge Crossing and bobbing boats as part of the marina view, guests savored the sunset and swayed to the DJ’s music.
