NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -In Northampton, a local restaurant is cooking up a traditional Ukrainian dish in support of Ukraine.
We spoke to Andrew Brow, the owner of High Brow. He told us that 100 percent of the menu cost from their chicken kiev will go to Manna Worldwide. They are also collecting monetary donations for the organization and will be matching them up to five thousand dollars.
“Just take care of people just be a good decent human being and just take care of people if you can,” said Brow.
The money raised will help provide food and shelter to refugees in Ukraine and Romania. The chicken for this fundraiser was provided by Arnold’s Meats.
